Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mare Plushie Supply. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Because our plushies feature built-in power banks (lithium batteries), they require specialized secure shipping channels.
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or strict customs inspections for battery-operated items.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Mare Plushie Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos/videos) and contact us immediately, keeping all packaging materials and damaged goods. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
