Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mare Plushie Supply. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your plushie power bank, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on final clearance or sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that have been damaged through abnormal use or improper charging.

3. Damaged or Defective Products (Important) If your plushie or the built-in power bank arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at yaox3261@gmail.com. Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original address without contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to a change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Battery Shipping Notice: Since our plushies contain built-in batteries, please declare the item correctly with your local courier and follow standard lithium battery shipping guidelines.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 3-7 business days).

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at yaox3261@gmail.com.
